1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Incorrect items received (wrong product, wrong size, etc.)
    • Items significantly different from the product description on our website

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without their original packaging and tags
  • Customized or personalized products (if offered)
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions marked “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

If you believe you’ve received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item

4. Refund Policy

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide:

  • Exchange: Replacement of the same item (if available in stock)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of an exchange, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees
